When Can I Book?

Chefs Making Waves Caribbean 2025 alumni and Chefs Making Waves New England will automatically be assigned Early Booking Times (EBT)*, no action is needed to be a part of the presale.

Chefs Making Waves Caribbean 2025 alumni will have top priority booking assignments, followed by Chefs Making Waves New England booked guests who did NOT sail on Chefs Making Waves Caribbean 2025. Both will be assigned in the order they booked. 

All other guests, including Chefs Making Waves Caribbean 2024 alumni who did NOT sail in 2025, and are NOT booked on Chefs Making Waves New England, will need to register for the presale to receive an assigned Earliest Booking Time (EBT)* via email. New guests will be assigned in the order they signed up. 

Once the presale ends, the general public will be able to book.

Being a part of the presale does not guarantee that staterooms will be left for purchase when it’s your time to book. If the ships fills up, we’ll offer the First Available Program.

*An Earliest Booking Time (EBT) is assigned to everyone participating in the presale. At or after your EBT, go to chefsmakingwaves.com/booknow. Once you sign in, your time will be verified and you'll be able to begin the booking process. You can also book over the phone at 877-743-2433.

Booking times are non-transferable. Only one cabin can be booked with your booking time.
