Culinary Collectives is your opportunity to enjoy celebrity chef-curated dishes across all Culinary Collectives' menus, each tailored to a single cuisine. This will give your cabin the freedom to explore the flavors of multiple onboard celebrity chefs in any Culinary Collectives restaurant! 

While there will be multiple rounds/opportunities for cabins to secure Culinary Collectives reservations, nightly reservations for Culinary Collectives are not guaranteed. 

With several other onboard dining options available, including curated dishes on the buffet, you can opt for a quick bite before an evening demo you've been anticipating over a Culinary Collective reservation. 

Reservations for The Bobby Flay Residence and Culinary Collectives will open closer to sailing in multiple rounds. The first round will allow guests to secure their first reservation.

So, when reservations open, you'll have the menus and schedule at your fingertips, and you can plan the perfect onboard journey for your cabin! 

Yes! You'll be given the opportunity to pair your cabin with other cabins you're vacationing with, and designate a Lead Passenger for your entire party. 

Please Note: If you booked during the presale, you've unlocked priority access to the First Round of The Bobby Flay Residence and Culinary Collectives reservations. So, if you pair your cabins, please be sure to designate the Lead Passenger of the cabin who booked first as your party's Designated Lead Passenger. 

No, all Bobby Flay Residence and Culinary Collectives reservations are included in the price of your booking.

Additional charges may apply if you order a beverage outside the Unlimited Open Bar Package or partake in any tableside upgrade offerings to elevate your dish. 

Before sailing, your reservations will be transferred to your NCL account and will show within your NCL App. You may see wording that says Charges Apply and Gratuity; please disregard.

Each menu will be designed to appeal to guests with a variety of dietary allergies or restrictions. Each onboard menu will note common allergens and dietary restrictions so that each guest can make their course decision accordingly.

The Bobby Flay Residence and Culinary Collectives menu items are specially curated for this experience. Therefore, ingredients cannot be excluded from a dish, but you can request a non-curated substitution or a (fully executed) item be left off the plate.
