Lead Passengers can make their cabin’s two reservations starting at 2pm ET on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 through their NCL Account. Reservations will remain open until 11:59pm ET May 2, 2025.

All Lead Passengers (indicated within your Sixthman Account) can make TWO Restaurant Takeover Reservations for their entire cabin before sailing via their NCL Account through 11:59pm ET on May 2, 2025.

Each cabin’s Lead Passenger can make TWO Restaurant Takeover Reservations before sailing. While the reservation system will allow you to make more than two reservations, we ask that under no circumstances does your cabin make more than two reservations before sailing.
Any guests interested in making additional reservations can do so on board, pending availability.

Reservations will be reviewed before sailing, and any cabin with more than two reservations will have the overage removed before boarding, at Sixthman’s discretion.
You will NOT be consulted on which reservation(s) you’d like to cancel, potentially losing the reservation(s) at the restaurant(s) you’re most excited about.

While the reservation system will allow non-lead passengers to make a reservation, the reservation system will auto default to the lead passenger. If your cabin exceeds two reservations before sailing, the overage will be removed at Sixthman’s discretion, and you will not be consulted on which reservation(s) you’d like to cancel.

If you are sailing solo, round-up to 2 when making your reservation via your NCL Account. Then when you check in, inform the Maître d of your actual party size.

If you have three total guests in your cabin, round-up to 4 when making your reservation via your NCL Account. Then, when you check in, inform the Maître d of your actual party size.

No, Restaurant Reservations are included in the price of your booking. When logged into your NCL account, you will see wording that says Charges Apply and Gratuity; please disregard.

Both cabins should make a Reservation at the same restaurant, and at the same time. Both parties will need to arrive together, and the maître d' will do their best to seat your entire group together.

Please arrive to your reservation on time! After 15 minutes, the unclaimed reservation will be released. If a guest shows up after that 15-minute window, then those guests will be seated at the next available opportunity, if one exists.

Before sailing, you will not be able to book the same restaurant twice, except Grand Pacific (Maneet Chauhan + Antonia Lofaso), Gem’s largest dining room.
Any additional reservations you make on board, you can make at a restaurant you've previously booked.

You can preview which chefs are taking over which restaurants, and the curated menus featured at each Restaurant Takeover, HERE. Please make your reservation based on the corresponding restaurant.

- The host stands at any Restaurant Takeover restaurant during restaurant hours.

While multiple reservations per cabin cannot be made before sailing, if individuals from the same cabin want to dine in different restaurants on the same night, that can be arranged by visiting the Restaurant Reservations Desk or by dialing 050 on board.

It’s both! You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy their menu if you book either Magenta or Le Bistro.

To cancel or change a reservation before sailing, log back into your NCL account to make adjustments or contact 800-327-7030. Once on board, visit the Restaurant Reservations Deck located in Magenta (Deck 6, MID) or dial 050. No penalties apply.

Restaurant Takeover menus were designed to appeal to guests with a variety of dietary allergies or restrictions. Each menu will note common allergens and dietary restrictions so that each guest can make their course decision accordingly. Preview the Restaurant Takeovers Menus.
Restaurant Takeover menu items are specially curated for this experience. Therefore, ingredients cannot be excluded from a dish, but you can request a (fully executed) item be left off the plate.

You cannot order multiple items from each course, nor double up on items from a single course instead of another course. Each guest is restricted to ordering one item per course.

Yes, it is likely your cabin will be seated with other Chefs Making Waves cabins during Restaurant Takeover reservations. This is being done to maximize the opportunity for all Chefs Making Waves cruisers to indulge in the Restaurant Takeovers experience.
